Visual Instructional Aids

Overview
This project highlights my ability to create visual instructional aids that support adult learners in fast-paced work environments, providing quick-reference tools that enhance efficiency and comprehension.

Challenge
Adult learners often need accessible, concise materials to quickly understand key information without interrupting their workflow. Traditional text-heavy resources can be slow to navigate and difficult to apply on the job.

Solution
I designed a series of visual guides and instructional aids for multiple purposes, including:

- Staff information updates
- Legal analysis and application to job requirements
- Self-guided exploration following professional development sessions

These materials emphasize clarity, usability, and learner-focused design, allowing users to access and apply information efficiently.

Outcome
The guides serve as practical, on-the-job resources, enabling learners to quickly retrieve relevant information and apply it to tasks. They demonstrate my skill in translating complex content into clear, actionable visual tools.
